A fake examinee has been arrested while he was attending the SLC exams of his friend in Kohalpur of Banke district on Tuesday.

Police held Pradeep Budha, who was giving the exam of Compulsory English in the Exam Center at Gyanpunja Sagarmatha Higher Secondary, Kohalpur.

According to the District Education Office, at total 14,530 students are appearing in the SLC exams in the district.

Similarly, police arrested a man attending the exam of his sister-in-law at Siswa Belhi of Saptari district.

Jeeban Chaudhary was arrested for taking the exam of English paper for his sister-in-law Rekha Kumari Chaudhary.

Meanwhile, an SLC examinee, Sanoj Kumar Yadav of Kupahi Secondary School, Chhinnamasta VDC from Saptari district could not attend today's exam due to the negligence of a school.

The monitoring team deployed from Saptari District Education Office (DEO) ousted a fake invigilator from the Laxmiballav Narsingh Higher Secondary School Exam Center in Katti of Saptari.

District Education Officer Dolaraj Pandey, claimed SLC exam conducted on Tuesday had remained peaceful in the district.
