A child has been killed
A child has been killed when hit by a passenger bus in Kailali on Thursday morning.
The bus (Na 2 Kha 6589) heading for Butwal from Mahendranagar of Kanchanpur hit Sharmila Badi, 4, at Baliya VDC-9, Balchour along the East West highway this morning, police said. Sharmila succumbed to her injuries on the way for the treatment at a hospital in Lamki of Kailali.
Meanwhile, police have impounded the bus and its driver.
